Our annual Awards Evening will be taking place at SLSS on Wednesday, June 7th.  Please make note of the following information.

There is an opportunity for interested students to apply to be the emcees for our Awards evening. An application form is available in the school's main office. For your convenience, a copy is also attached to this post. Please note that the deadline to submit completed application forms for the emcee role is May 18th at 3pm. Please submit your completed application forms to Mr. Banta by the deadline. 

Interested students can also submit an online application to be considered for a major "Top All Around" or "Inspirational Student" recognition award. Interested students can submit the online application by clicking here. Please note that completed applications must be submitted online through this survey no later than May 16th at 8am.

Students who have contributed service to the SLSS community this year, may be eligible for a service award. The attached service award form is also available in the main office, and provides more information about who qualifies for consideration. If you meet this criteria and if you would like to be considered for a service award, please complete the service award form and return it to the main office by 3pm on May 23rd.
