We are quickly preparing for Commencement at UBC Chan Centre on Saturday, June 21st at 1pm.

With about 250 grads, ticket availability will be a challenge. We are able to guarantee each grad up to TWO guest tickets.

NOTE: UBC counts every human as a ticket to satisfy fire codes, i.e. no infant/child on a lap to save a ticket sale.

So, we must first have all grads complete this simple short MS Form SURVEY indicating the total desired number of guest tickets. This must be completed by Wednesday, April 30th at 4pm. Ms. Campbell and Mr. Nashlund will use this information to determine the next steps.

• Plan of how to sell tickets (i.e. in-person with cash/cheque)
• Plan of how many rounds of tickets to release tickets, in the most equitable way.
• Plan of how to manage any wait lists that develop.

This ticket sale process will begin in early May. EMAIL to students and parents/guardians will be the method of communication for this whole process, so please check you email regularly.
