UPCOMING PROGRAMS

KPU STRIVE – Soci 1125 Course

Richmond SD38 Career Programs is offering current grades 11 and 12 students the opportunity to take a FREE KPU Faculty of Arts course this January - April (see below).  The pre-selected course (SOCI 1125) runs one evening per week at the Richmond Campus and this FREE TUITION is covered through the generosity of Scotiabank and their ScotiaRISE program.  Students who are successful will earn both university and high school course credits.

Students who submit their applications to the SD38 Career Programs office by October 29th are automatically accepted. While this is open to all, priority is given to those who feel they may have barriers to university entry.  This includes students who are not on track to graduate.  KPU is offering many supports to ensure student success.

Application form is attached.  Submit the application by Tuesday, October 29th to careerprograms@sd38.bc.ca
