Parent and community volunteers are important in education and cover many different roles such as recurring guest speakers, university student observers, and more.

All volunteers must complete a short online Criminal Record Check and also the updated district volunteer form. See attachments below.

The required CRC is completed online information (free) and then either email OR bring to the office confirmation of this submission OR write the Case ID # on the Volunteer Form (preferred).

All approved volunteers must sign in and out of the office when they are at SLSS.

Volunteers will need to submit a Criminal Records check.  

The online submission takes less than 5 minutes.  If we have volunteer drivers come to the front counter to ask to sign a volunteer driver form, they will need to do the entry of the RCMP records check at that time.
