Thank you for waiting while we further analyzed the ticket requests, Round One, and available tickets at the Chan Centre.

We are thankful Ms. Campbell is so organized and dedicated to making this process work. Commencement at UBC Chan Centre on Saturday, June 21st at 1pm.

NOTE: UBC counts every human as a ticket to satisfy fire codes, i.e. no infant/child on a lap to save a ticket sale.

It is still clear that after the survey was complete, that many families will not receive their desired number of tickets. Many families requested 5, 7, 10, and more tickets.

"Rounds" will be during PLT (8:30am-10:10am on Wednesdays and Thursdays) so class time is not missed by students waiting in line.

• Tickets must be purchased with cash or cheque (to SLSS) in Ms. Campbell's BA Office (400-wing).
• Round 1 was UP-TO-TWO guaranteed guest tickets per student BASED on the desired number of tickets submitted to the Form.
• Round 2 is up to an additional 2 tickets per student BASED on the desired number of tickets.
  • Round 2 tickets must be bought with cash during PLT on May 14th or May 15th.
• Round 3 will depend on analysis after Round 2 is complete.
• Round 4, if happening, will likely look like a lottery for a very small number of remaining tickets as our numbers are similar to 2024.

All of this is done with the goal of equity.
