Grad Write Ups and Baby Photos (Class of 2027)

DUE DATE: November 1st, 2026
 
If you do not submit a baby photo or quote, only your grad photo will be visible at the end of the yearbook. 

 

Information, Disclaimers, and Requirements:
  • Please make sure your school quote is school appropriate and in ENGLISH only.
  • Any spelling mistakes or grammatical issues will not be edited, your quote will be exactly how you submitted it.
  • The yearbook editors, advisors, administration reserve the final right to refuse a quote or picture.
  • Any inappropriate messages will have one chance to be re-written. If you continuously submit inappropriate messages, you will not be given space to provide a write-up.
  • ALL MESSAGES will be checked by Mr. Shin and Admin for consent.
  • After submitting this form, you are NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR PHOTO OR QUOTE. Please take the time to make sure the baby photo and quote are what you want in the yearbook.
 
**Yearbook team is NOT responsible for missing photos and quotes after the due date**

 

Guidelines for Grad Write-up:

●      Maximum of 80 words

●      No swearing or language (that could be considered offensive or inappropriate in a school setting)

●      No URL links

●      No special icons or emojis

●      No abbreviation, coded language or initials

●   Please ONLY USE ENGLISH

We'll be collecting these via MS Forms. The link and QR code will be shared below in early Fall 2027.

 

Guidelines for Baby Photos:

●      Make sure the photo is clear

●      If you need to a photo of a physical copy, do not use flash and make sure there is NO glare

●      Please make sure your photo is formatted in JPEG or PNG format

We'll be collecting these via a OneDrive 'Drop Box". The link will be shared below in early Fall 2027.

 

 

Your write-up and baby photo are due on November 1st, 2026 and any additional info can be found on the school website underneath Grad News and Events.
