Poppy Funds help Veterans and their families.

Inspired by Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae’s poem In Flanders Fields, the Poppy was adopted by The Royal Canadian Legion in 1921 as a sacred symbol to commemorate the service and sacrifices of fallen Veterans.

Your child can also contribute to the Poppy Fund on Nov 10th in class when the teachers ask for a contribution for the Poppy to wear to the Remembrance Day Ceremony.

Please consider contributing if you are able

Thank you
