Meet the Teacher on September 24
We are excited to welcome parents and caregivers to our Meet the Teacher night on Thursday, September 24.
This evening provides a wonderful opportunity to experience a day in the life of your child by following their timetable, visiting classrooms, and meeting their teachers. Teachers will share information about course expectations, learning opportunities, assessment practices, and ways families can support student success throughout the term. A strong partnership between home and school plays an important role in student achievement, and we value the opportunity to connect with families as we work together to support every learner.
Parents and caregivers meet in the Legends Gym by 6:20 PM where they will be welcomed by our principal.
Please bring a copy of your child’s timetable to help guide you through the evening.
On September 23, students will bring home a copy of their timetable and a school map. We will have Shark Ambassador students located around the school to serve as guides and help parents and caregivers find their way.
We look forward to meeting parents and caregivers, and sharing the exciting learning taking place at Steveston-London Secondary!
