Fall Drama Production

The talented actors and crew of the SLSS Drama Club are about to present "I Shot Santa"!  The play focuses on Lachlin Strasky,  and her rather toxic friend group.  Lachlin is a sensitive and creative young girl who loves music and her friends make her life challenging in a variety of ways, as friends are wont to do.  We see Lachlin from grade 1, performing in the winter concert,  through to her adulthood, where she  performs for a wider audience.  The script was written by me (Kosar) with a very catchy theme song composed by our own Michael Mikulin.  (It is sure to replace "All I Want for Christmas" in everyone's holiday playlists.)

A warning — the play deals with mature themes, like suicide and self harm and has some swearing.  If you think your students might have trouble dealing with these issues, please don't expect them to attend.

Tickets are only $5 for students — we use the money to pay for the next show and for scholarships for deserving drama students.)

We are also doing three evening shows at 7 p.m. on December 10, 11 and 13th.  We will be selling tickets at the door next week for the evening shows.  We hope you can all make it a part of your holiday (or anti-holiday!) plans.

Thank you,

Ms. Kosar
