End of Semester Information

As we approach the end of the semester, we want to give you some details about the final week of semester one (January 20-24).  Regular classes will run on the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Wednesday, January 22 will be the Graduation Numeracy Assessment day (GNA).  Grade 10 students, and any students that need to write the GNA will be assigned a morning or afternoon time slot – more information about the location and time of the assessments will be available during the week of January 13.  Two assessment sessions are scheduled, 8:30 - 11:30 am and 12:00 - 3:00 pm.  The assessments are intended to take two hours but students can continue for another hour.  Students will be asked to come 30 minutes before the assessment begins to sign in, set up the computer and receive instructions.

Students who are not writing the GNA will be invited to office hours with teachers – students can confirm the office hours with individual teachers.
